Wanted: CHEAP Fuel only ECU

after something cheap to control fuel only.
looking around the $200 mark MAX. (or less if possible!)
NOT microtech d4 or d5 (coz they're poo), or any other screwdriver tuned ecu.
lets know what you have got.
