rod u are right about oil drain i forgot about that but in saying that, it is only a drain and the 3t block could easily be drilled and taped for a nipple & a flair fitting placed on the drain pipe to connect it to the sump or block anywhere lower then the turbo.
this would be best done with the sump off to ensure that the hole to be drilled is not on a rib for the bearing journals.
this is just an option i thought id throw in to make things easy if a block cant be sourced.
