In my car if you drop the clutch from 3000rpm it will just sit there and smoke the front wheels.
Sounds like it's making about 923 newton metres of torque from 1830rpm and has the handbrake on
Seriously though, some nice grippy tyres will make an enormous difference. You may need to slip the clutch a tad instead of just dropping it. That way you will get the car moving instead of just breaking traction and trying to regain it.
