I've done some research on the unit and the section where you obtain the errors codes from on the loom, you tap into it with a cable where on the other is a std serial db9 connector. From this your able to program while in car without removing the chip and the better the software, the better the tuning capability. I haven't attempted this yet, but others have and have been successful. Just an easier option than removing the chip everytime. And as i said, i'm negoitable on the price...
