Like Josh said, that's just balancing. To tune them, they'll need to go on a dyno with an AF meter, see where they're running lean or rich and try different needles to get as smooth an AF curve throughout the rev range. Major pest. Best bet will be to get someone who tunes Minis (and other British shite) to have a play.
