here is a couple of pics of what i did to help. Dont worry about the aftermarket fuse box, that was me being silly This is to guide with wiring the PROPER internally regulated 4age alternator. # unplug and remove external voltage reg. located on passenger strut tower. # get 6 pin plug to suit from supercheap auto # run all the wires from the alternator on the intake side over the engine and to the 4ac alternator power wire and the now loose voltage reg plug. # run the power cable over the motor and connect the power of the 4age alt. to the power cable that was connected to the 4ac alternator. # with a multimeter, test these wires on the 6 pin voltage reg plug -> ignition: connect this to the IG wire from the 4age alt. -> battery: connect to the "S" wire from 4age alt -> warning light: this should be a yellow/white wire. connect to "L" on 4age alt. # Make a matching version of the 6 pin plug to connect these 3 wires together coming from the 4age alt and connecting to the 6 pin voltage reg plug.
