everyone says there is a higher chance of blowing the motor, but there are measures you can take against this.
you can pretty much never go more than stock boost, although it will be less than that on a normal GZE, I am calculating about 7psi because the crank pulley on the GE is a bit smaller. but don't think this is bad, because she is still higher compression even at that boost level she will still make a bit more power and lots more torque than that of the GZE.
If you run a really good intercooler, this should help prevent the detonation, or I am going to try a stock one with a water sprayer in a really good location, not top mount. You also may have to run a couple of degrees retarded on the base timing.
