Jezza , i have a left over f18 jet pump , good for 1000psi . Should be ok as a lift pump , just run two alternators and a 24volt system to get the amperage required . Ow turn the lights off at night might help that current draw
Seriously i have lost count of how many VL pumps used as the lift / supply pump i have seen shit themself's in sprinter , IDB in richmond was famous for running them drawing from a 6mm line size to the 8mm outlet , then to a 6mm filter , then to the rail , then a 4mm return lol . This kind of shitty install on a fucked pump { alway's fucked straight away due to the installation } normally worked out at a fuel rail pressure of 83psi at idle . Yeah when about 38 is properly required for your gze . Search the tech section , dodgy fuel set up's are a death wish for you and your engine . Also i wouldn't use a VL pump if you paid me , there way to overated for the price compared with the new designs on the market now .
