Or are they painted? If they are painted, you are going to need to either strip the paint, or sand it off. Then get a JOSCO kit for your drill and polish it. Use AutoSol or Mothers for the final polish. Mine took about 6hrs per rim as I needed to sand all the paint off first. [Report message to a moderator]
