4AC head on the 7A block... maybe the idea of this is to build torque through massive restriction increasing air velocity (and killing it at about 3000rpm)? If that were the case, then a holley carb would be kind of not quite the thing... Actually, on any 4 pot engine, a big arse holley carb wouldn't be quite the thing...
