Ive never understood the desire for people to be different, even when it flies in the face of sense and reason.
Back to the point, No offence to you buddy. But this is bloody stupid idea.
Some facts,
The 4AC makes a lowly 56kw at the best of times, Its low power output caused primarily by a SOHC, non X-flow head that flows no better than a piece of wet cardboard.
The 7AFE is a 1800cc twincammer which is X-flow an makes about 80kw or so (i think).
To be honest you'd be better leaving the 7AFE dead stock. What you propose would be just like having a 1800cc 4AC. Which certainly doesnt give me an erection i could be proud of.
Now, a 20V or 4AGE head on a 7AFE block is something much more sensible. Some decent side draught carbs (cheap, no need for an aftermarket ECU) and some extractors and you're on you're way.
