Mon, 23 December 2002 06:43 hey traction issuses so normal gear oil is cool??? i was thinking along those lines cause there is no clutches or slipping i just read on the trd site that they need it or a better type of oil http://www.toyota-trd.com/en/strt/d_lsd.html i just thought that since toyota oil is the best for the auto that the trd oil would be best for their lsd??? i was also tolled that AMSOIL is one helofva oil to use??? i dont know??? i didnt know what a torsen diff was till i saw the guts of this thing??? o when i say "lock up" i mean both wheels spin at the same time when going in a straight line, i read a little about the torsen and understand that they dont "lock up" they just split the tourque 50 50... again very cool diff [Report message to a moderator]
