Micmac,

Mate keep a couple of things in mind until you know 100% for sure what your pistons are. Firstly an overbore of 20thou is very common in rebuilds. 20 thou is only half a mm so its hard to measure !

Secondly if you have a 3T block under your 2TG head they are probably not Stock 3T pistons. 3T pistons need to be flycut to allow room for the additional piston to valve clearance the twin cam head requires.

They might still be forged piston but things do look a little bit grim. Sad

How long ago did you buy the engine and from who ? (If you don't mind my asking)
