You can get pressure rated PVC pipe (not sure of pressure) pretty tough stuff.
If anyone knows what a Broco cutter is, PVC only chars, doesn't melt or burn.
Broco = oxy thermal lance that'll cut just about anything at 10,000F plus. What you see spraying sparks when you watch police/spec forces breeching steel doors etc. Operates by burning oxygen and using the material to be cut as the fuel, but for some reason won't reach with PVC.
