Go to the cams office in Little Rundle St (I think!) in Kent Town.
You need to be a member of a Cams affiliated car club and for level 3 licenses you need to go thru a few driving tests and lectures. Level 2 licenses can usually be obtained if you have a current drivers license I think? There are plenty of ways of getting what you want, just go to the office and ask! It's as easy as getting off your ass
