heated is either 3 or 4 wire.

not true, the ECU doesn't care what type, you would just need to source heater power from an IGN switched source.

OMFG... you don't how to convert from imperial to metric?? serious??? farrrrrk, go and buy a ruler...

aftermarket sensors don't come always come with a flange, but you can very easily make one
