Az, just did this in my cousins seca a few weeks back, take off the top and mid timing cover, unbolt the cam tensioner and remove the spring so you can move the belt around easily....do not take the belt off or you will have to reset the timing. unbolt the pump from the block and remove the other 5 bolts that hold the two pieces together. DO NOT unbolt the back section from the pipe!!!!!!!!!!! this makes it a bitch of a job, its far easier to just replace the impeller side (which is what you will get if you buy an aftermarket pump anyhow, mostly only toyota provide the whole new unit), this is a bit of a bitch of a job with the FWD, if you really wanted to make it a little easier you could drop the engine down by unbolting the engine mount.
Actually it looks like Ill be changing nathans water pump this weekend so if you want give me a call to see when Im doing it and ill help you with yours at the same time
