 whitish smoke from exhuast?

hey fellas , just wonder what a whitish smoke coming from the exhaust could mean ?
i dont seem to be loosing coolant or burning oil, or does the burning happen to be a more subtle type.
just trying to figure out the problem, i was thinkin it was some of the ceramic pieces that broke off the spark plug as i was attempting to take it out tiny pieces fell off and fell into the hole.
i dont know atm, it seems pretty bad as the more i accelerate more it comes out.
