If you're worried about the ceramic thing:
1) Remove your intake and exhaust manifolds.
2) Get that cylinder to top dead centre
3) Remove your timing belt
4) Open both the intake and exhaust valves by manually rotating the cams.
5) Use an air compressor to blow air through that cylinder.

It might take a while to get the little bit of shit to fly out but eventually it should find its way to the intake or exhaust (depending on which way you push the air through)
