ahkay, thanks for the help. it may have a cert already the engiene was built and installed by a local performance shop, i just assumed it didnt cos a lot of ppl round here do backyard jobs and never engineer it.
so as for the running rich, that wont affect the pink slip or will it, cos if so i dont wanna pay a shop to reprogram the haltech to run leaner.
