I was just wondering how many of you guys caught the news about cops now issueing a 2pt fine on cars which are noisy and people with stereos..
My opinion is as follows.
If your car is noisy at 7,000rpm so be it.. but if your driving along at 2,500 and a cop pulls you over because your young/male/car looks "hotted up", then you shouldnt be fined because your not noisy driving along like that. but if your tromping it then ou deserve it.. kinda like a car is capable of speeding but if your not speeding then you dont get fined.
