Neal Bates Motorsport was developing low boost turbo kits for fitment to Corolla's and Echo but I think that is typical Toyota manageemnt style, that idea has died a slow death.
I would give Penrith Toyota a call, ask for spare parts and see what they can find for you, in terms of bodykits for the Echo sedan.
Your choices for bigger wheels and tyres are governed by your stock wheels offset and clearance, so I would work upwards from here and find rims available locally rather than try and get the same rims/same size rims as are in that photo.
