Some of these things can be changed with the toyota tech one unit. Though I'm not sure if it applies to your car.
There kinda just a series of flags in the computer.
For example, with a soarer you can plug the unit in, set a default ride height for the tems, how long the courtesy lights take to fade, the operation of the fog lights, the turn on with the blinkers fog light set up, chimes, seat memory and all that.
Most dealers wont have the card for the gt4 JDM but it will be the same as something else, for example the new Celica shares alot with the GS lexus, and the soarer shares most of the LS400 stuff. Lexus dealers frequently have more experience with this than toyota techs, and if you want a dealer to try to adjust it, Dubbo lexus would be a good dealer to call.
