Re: Roll Center Adjuster?

Unfortunately there is no such thing as a roll center adjuster. Roll center is only one factor of overall suspension geometry. It affects body roll and how the suspension responds to body roll. Lowering a car changes the roll center in the same way that it changes camber and, in some vehicles, caster. Ideally, roll center should not change throughout the travel of the suspension. If it does, the car will feel like the handling is changing every time the suspension compresses or extends.
One major factor affecting roll center is the control arm length, which is engineered for factory ride height and can get way out of whack if a car is lowered too much.
I would recommend the book "Chassis Engineering" by Herb Adams for a thorough explanation.
I've heard that lowering a car 1-2 inches shouldn't affect too much but do a little checking for your car specifically as suspension geometry varies between models and manufacturers.
