Spacers of any kind, bolt on or otherwise = evil, besides, there's no need for it. Do a search - I've mentioned enough times before how to make your Corolla 5-stud, and what wheels will then fit.
You can get those horrible spacers at a lot of less reputable tyre/wheel shops, even JMS sell them - but those that hold the big stick certainly don't look very kindly upon them. Besides, if the offset of your wheels is right now, they'll be waaaay out with those spacers.
As for altering wheels, apart from swapping parts on 3 piece rims, and sticking spacer plates inside single piece rims, I'd sure like to meet this magic fella who can 'do anything with wheel's(!) (change offset, and studs etc)' - must know something not too many others do!
