Generaly, to get power out of the 4A-C (or any motor), would be to get rid of the little carby, get twin sidedrafts. Get rid of little exhaust, get extractors and 2" system. And use a longer duration cam.
If someone got 94rwkw, then I believe that. But thats probably the max limit of the 4A-C. This is close to 150hp at the fly. It takes some work getting the same power from a 2T-G.
