Return to factory plumb back BOV!
Atleast until you get ride of the MAF with an after market ECU.

I'm assuming here your after market BOV is open and makes that desirable Wooosh sound, but they also release air that the original ECU assumes is entering the engine as it has already passed the MAF. causing the original ECU to run rich when you back off, wasting fuel, carbonising your engines interinal and washing the oil film of the cyclinder walls, I.e. not cool!

disregard my ranting if you're lucky enough to have an MAP sensored 3SGTE or a sequential combination open and plumb back BOV.
