axles can be a real bitch on some cars. especially if they havnt been taken out for ages. i had to chain an escort diff to a tree and chain the axle to a bobcat bucket and yank it. took 3 full pulls before it flew out at amazing speed and almost hit me in the head. haha. tried using the dingo but that wasnt powerfull enough.
so yeah they can be hard. if those 4 bolts are undone then itll come out. if your in perth ive got a 2 metre sl;ide hammer made for pulling axles if u wanna use it.
if not try making one. not hard.
