The PCB in the radio might have a link or a jumper that can be changed to tune aussie frequencies.

If it doesnt have somthing like this, it will be very difficult.
Ie, requiring component changes or re-programming.

Either way, it wont be somthing you can do.

Take it to your local backyard TV repair joe (not somewhere big like Force), they should be able to work out what can be done.
