With a Camry LE it sounds like you are from the USA or Canada. If the engine is the same series, that is 5S-FE I take it (?) you should have no problem, however, before you start, talk to your local Vehicle Licensing or Dept of Transport office, and ask them what the rules are when you change an engine.
It may be just a simple notification ofn the 'new' engine number, if the 'new' motor is mechanically identical to the old motor.
