the wheels can be +/- 25mm WIDTH from standard. no more then +/- 15mm tyre/wheel rolling diameter from standard. and cannot change the track more then +/- 25mm from standard.
if your exhaust is louder the 90db when tested appropriatley then its illegal.
if *ANY* part of the car is < 100mm from the ground its illegal (keep in mind there are also restrictions regardling being able to clear gradients)
if *ANY* part of the wheel/tyre scrubs on the body work then its illegal.
simple.. fix em else your car is unroadworthy and your insurance void... not real good when you back into a ferrari.
