Just need to check the one for spark.
Could just be flooded or if it's on a hill the fuel might not be getting to the pickup in the tank if it's a bit low.
Put some fuel down the carb and prop the choke open,if it goes the it is a fuel pump/pickup prob. The use an elec pump in the tank so take a hose off the carb or somewhere to check for flow if need be.
