That seems reasonable. For every psi of manifold pressure the rail pressure should rise 1psi and your is doing that so its fine. The idle(vacuum) fuel pressure seems a little low but that maybe what gze's run stock.

Less pressure is need for good atomisation when the manifold is in vacuum cause the suction helps fuel distribution and atomisation.
