I know there is a few things in the list that have already been covered but this what i have done. 1. Push climate control to hot and test the plug the heater vsv for current using test light. If there is no current there then in my case the heater control unit was dead. Also with mine if the control unit isnt working it will not open the vent to pass air though the core. This is hard to cleck with out pulling out the aircon cradle out of the system. I did anyway to clean leaves etc out. 2.If u do have current there then check that the vsv is working. You can by pass the vsv which i have done by either connecting a vaccum hose directly or unpluging it depending on heater tap. 3. Check heater tap to make sure that it is not jamed. (Falcon one fits well as replacement) Any question feel free to pm me, hope this helps [Report message to a moderator]
