what a crock... change fuel, change petrol filter as required (e.g. gets blocked up with shit) and change oil when needed (e.g. when turning black or 5000k which ever happens first).
if your engine is now 22 years old, i'd be more worried about the condition of the rings, bores, valve guides/seals/seats than what kind of fuel it'll burn.
