There is a threaded shaft between the clutch master cylinder and the peddle. You can unlock a nut on that shaft and then turn it around to adjust it and lock the nut back up when you are finished.
This more adjusts the amount of freeplay there is in the peddle before it engages the clutch.
Are you wanting to get the peddle lower to the floor or up more?
With the slave cylinder, there is a ratio between that and the master cylinder and changing the internal diameters of them can make it harder. By changing the bore size you can also change how much peddle travel is needed etc.
