Picked up my rolla about 4 weeks back for $400... Was rego'd till the 31st May, had conciderable rust. Appears to have leaking gasket. Otherwise runs great. Rust is being worked on and will be fully tuned and blazing within a month. Of course you cant have it. Planning on selling it in a few months after she's all cleaned, repaired and rego'd.
So they are out there... though usualy not much rego. Good luck anyhow
