it didnt seem to do much,
the idle got a bit smoother after the shorting of the points but the overall performance is about the same.
do i need to get a boost reading before i go any further with trying to figure out what the problem is? is there anything else that could help this situation without the reading?
once again i thank you for all you help, this forum is fantastic.
hopefully i can learn from you guys for a while yet
