Sun, 05 June 2005 03:15 What does the substance feel like? is it greasy? from the nature of your pictures i would say that it is a grease, possbily from your drive shaft boot, or whichever is in the picture there. the splatter pattern of the substance looks like it is due to a leak of a rotating component, hence the radial splatter. in this picture below you can see that there is a little grease coming out of that boot. did u change this or get it changed recently? it may be a little loose hence allowing the grease to fly out.
