I can't see why you can't go to the wreckers and get the power windows and cruise control for your car. But as for the ABS i'm not sure but i think its wired into the ECU don't quote me on that cause the only bit i do know of it is that there's sensors on the wheels and the brake master cylinder is set up for ABS which means its different to a non-ABS master cylinder.
