i didnt watch the video but...
possibly just a hose loose/cracked on the inle mainfold/carby somewhere.
i had the same problem with my 18rg, then it came back just recently whan i fount the 4 bolts in the balance tube had worked them selves loose 
another possibility: alternator fin bent out. that can do it
another possibility: you might have a frog stuck in your alternator
