I dont know if this helps, but if you ask around a few big motorcycle workshops, (especially ones popular with the race/drag guys) they should be able to reccomend a few good people to do this, as its reasonably common to get motorcycle wheels widened, especially for drag/streetfighter applications where its easier to weld an inch into each side of the original rim than to find a new rim that fits.
