Is this the toyota relay labeled as a "blower relay" or "main"? located in most fuse boxes. I'm using a mx73 fuse box in my ms55 and using the "main" relay for the fans.In this situation they have only one common power input and are earth switched. If you can make it click it should be working. There are four terminals as normal. In the original fuse box they are 3: power in, 11 & 12, one of these is the switching wire and the other the output (sorry I didnt feel like dismantling it again to check). But if you can make it click, it should be working.
