I've just found out i got 2 which are similar. Can't remeber both of their names but here is the newest one, wasptis.exe. The other one is something like intranet.exe. Should i go into safe mode and then run antivirus, will this make norton delete the files?

Bozza,
what soarer suggested should work in most cases, but if not.
Option 1:
press ctrl + shift + escape. Under the "processes" tab search for the filename. Select end task.
Seach for the file using windows search.
Select it, and hit delete. [Works for exe files]
Or
Run nortons, a write down file names.
Use windows search and write down file path to the files.
Reboot computer in MS DOS mode (can use a boot disk for this)
Navigate to each file to Delete using dos commands.
You can even get clever and write a batch file in windows to do this for you. Call it from in the autoexe.bat or config.sys files, then reboot PC.
Lastly, that MSCONFIG.sys is very handy. Read up on it, it can get you out of a jam or too
