It has been covered a gazillion times before, but basically 5/6MGE is a no brainer, 7MGE/GTE will need extra electrical work, and the JZ/UZ series engines will need a fair bit extra work.
5/6MGE should be very easy to pass, 7MGE/GTE and JZ/UZ engines will require you talking to an engineer.
