the shafts simply pull out of the diff like most other cars. the pot joint is only held in by a snap ring. there is a ledge on the joint to pull out/knock in.

the caldina diesel uses the NA celcia/MR2 box I think. Good luck finding a LSD is this is the case. i spent ages and ended up buyng a complete jap wreck to get a diff cause neither KAAZ or TRD had any.

the trubo drive shafts are an overkill IMHO
