actually hes only asking for $2500 and it doesnt look that bad same kinda thing happened to my last car looked rally bad but it was just the way my car hit the other car it bent the bonnet right up and he does also say he has all the parts to fix it it does look like its hit a pole tho so as long as the chassis aint bent then it should be ok it would definatly need a new radiator, fans, supports etc etc
