Those are the JDM specs? Afaik the Aus-delivered ST185 only had 147kW at the flywheel.
As for ST165s - as a measure I got 93.0kw at all four paws on my stock-o model, which seems pretty consistent with the 185ps claimed on that website.

Look further down the page, it shows US and Aus spec stuff.
It should be 190bhp.
