In MY opinion
im sure your on the right track... crank is balanced, rods are weighed sepperatly to within tolerances ie 1grams or less of eack other then put on the crank.
There is no way that im aware of that enables you to balance it all together??
Ps
Thanks for the help the other day it was the Air Valve, and the brake booster barb, however the order of the sensors on the thermostat will be hit and miss
