It's all in my head  , I could photocopy it but the light hurts my eyes  , ..., you could come around and have a look yourself, but it's pretty messy in there  , ...
Seriously, there really isn't that much to it. You have to decide what you want to make it out of, the quality you will be happy with, the style of constuction, ..., and a mig welder, grinder and die grinder are valuable tools to have access to!
If you are dinkum in making one ask me some more specific questions about what you want as I've made a few of late and have a few tricks you might like to try!
